ORGANE Artère
Artère musculaire constituée de trois tuniques qui comportent de dedans en dehors : l'intima, la média riche en fibres musculaires et l'adventice; la limitante élastique interne est bien individualisée.
LESION
La lumière est entièrement obstruée par un thrombus constitué de fibrine, d'hématies. Ce thrombus est partiellement adhérent à la paroi (Fig. a) (Fig. c) (h). Au centre, la thrombose est récente (Fig. b) (h) (Fig. e), en périphérie, débute l'organisation du thrombus (Fig. c) (Fig. d) (h).
DIAGNOSTIC
Thrombose récente oblitérante.
